Job Description
1. Primary Responsibility: This position is responsible for supporting the technical needs of our sales team, business partners and end-users in a designated geography, from pre / post sales technical training to technical needs assessment and solution development.

2. Specific Duties: Provide in-depth technical training and train the trainer sessions required for our sales team and business partners to effectively promote and deploy Panduit solutions in the market. Provide technical pre /post sales consultation on qualified business opportunities related to the application of our products in dynamic environments. Help expand the breadth and depth of Panduit opportunity and convert into sales revenue.

3. Ensure the sales team has the training required to effectively position the technical benefits of Panduit product lines and to deliver training to support the technical deployment of Panduit solutions, Help guide the development of technical training courses in conjunction with the training and product line teams.

4. Work with the sales team to deliver business partner training in support of the technical deployment of Panduit solutions, Work with the sales team to establish an optimum schedule for the delivery of business partner training, Conduct training sessions / seminars with strategic business partners, Conduct technical presentations to business partners and end-users, addressing top of mind issues, emerging technologies and applications.

5. Work with the sales team to identify the technical needs of the customer and develop a solution, Assess current state of customers infrastructure (communications, electrical or electronic), Conduct technical needs assessment with customer / identify future needs, Develop technical strategy within account, Present technical solution and validate with customer.

6. Help Account Manager quantify and articulate value of Panduit solution, close opportunity and deploy, Assist with presentation of Panduit solution value and convert into win, Assist with the development of system design and Panduit specification, Act as technical liaison between End users, Alliance Partners and Systems Integrators.

7. Prioritize and plan work activities, Align work with strategic goals of organization, Set individual goals and objectives, Demonstrate ability to use time efficiently, Request additional assistance as required, Deliver on commitments.
