Desired Profile	Graduate with MBA with 8-10 years of experience in FMCG, Retail or Consumer Durables post MBA. Between 28 34 years of age. The incumbent is required to have: Good Communication Skills Excellent Negotiation Skills Should be approachable and a team player Should have the ability to work in dynamic & unstructured environment Should be enthusiastic and have high energy levels Excellent functional track record
