Establish contacts with local suppliers negotiate and establish pricing strategy in order to seek out merchandizing opportunities for enhancing product sales.
Participates in development and delivery of product presentation, customer & employee education, promotion, strategies & marketing programs.
Maintains policies and procedures of aswaaq for the purpose of providing services in conformance with established guidelines.
Owns and champions SKU rationalization processes for the purpose of promoting product development and product deletion strategies.
Ensures timely new product launches within strategic phases for the purpose of gaining and/or maintaining market leadership.
Conducts researches on (other markets, competitors and periodicals to anticipate product and nutrition trends for the purpose of developing and deploying 'first to market' products that are head of the curve in terms of consumer demand.
Constructs and recommends designated specialty area layout and plan-o-gram to enhance and maximizes sales and minimizes returns in line with specific budget, targets and guidelines.
Performs other related duties, as assigned, for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit and aswaaq.
