Desired Candidate Profile
At least five years experience managing Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 on a Windows 2000/Windows Server 2003 platform and at least 1 year managing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.
Extensive experience in maintaining production SharePoint systems, including familiarity with the Backup and Restore utilities, InfoPath Forms Services and administering Active Directory based security.
Practical knowledge of troubleshooting issues in SharePoint 2007 including, but not limited to: resilient farms, enterprise search, electronic forms, security models.
Ability to multitask and reprioritize work in a changing business climate.
Excellent verbal and written communications. Good documentation skills.
Strong teamwork, coordination, cross-group collaboration skills.
Passion for the care and feeding of SQL Server and of databases.
