• Good testing skills
• Experience in writing test plans
• Knowledge in testing tools,should be able to record and play test scrips
• Knowledge of QTP and Loadrunner tool is an added advantage
• Knowledge of overall SQA process is an added advantage
• Exposure to Weblogic 8.1/9.1 environment, should be able to do deployments in this environment
• Database :Oracle/DB2/SQL server
• Languages: Java/VB
• Domain knowledge in Insurance/Health Care
• Good Conversational and Inter personal skills
