Job Description | Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming. Responds to changes in the Rooms function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel. Ensures accurate knowledge of hotels and the tourism in Mumbai. Reports Lost and Found items. Meets and greets all guests and assists with registrations. Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information. |
Desired Profile | Holds a Secondary / Higher Secondary Education or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred). Comprehensive knowledge of computers: Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and Fidelio. Should have good communication, cashiering and grievance handling skills. Displays excellent guest relations skills, and proactive problem solver and analytical skills. Ensures accurate knowledge of hotels and the tourism in Mumbai. Should be familiar with the hotels products and services and policies. Capable of working under pressure and able to work extra & odd hours, if necessary. Well versed with local social etiquette. |
