Job Description
Strategise and implement the overall marketing plan.
Prepare and implement annual operations plan and budget for the vertical.
Achieve top line targets as per budget.
Launch new product concepts and expand the market for the brands of the vertical.
Develop and implement marketing strategies for the assigned vertical.
Impart training to the influencer category to enhance their product knowledge.
Market research and media planning, reporting the same to the Chief Executive.
Develop and execute innovative promotions for trade and consumer. Develop ATL and BTL strategies.

This position reports to the CEO of the respective vertical.

A team of Product/ Brand Managers, Group Product Managers will report to this position.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must be a product of the 1997- 99 batch of a premiere Business School with 8- 10 years of experience in brand management from a leading FMCG/ Chemicals/ Resin industry.
