Job Description | -
Generate Information on the following areas and present to senior management in a form of a report in measurable matrix along with suggestions and recommendations for value additions and continual improvements in the areas of Sales & Marketing. -
Periodical information on opinion of Trade partners on their perception of OCIL and recommendations and suggestions by trade for improvements. -
Periodical information on opinion of Trade partners on quality and quantity of New SKU's being introduced by OCIL and comparatively with other leading brands. -
Periodical information on Price stability from trade partners for OCIL and comparatively with other leading brands. -
Periodical information on Trade partner''s opinion on quality of marketing activities that are carried out by OCIL, planned for future and required as per trade. -
Information on Existing and New Product / Business initiatives by competition, both domestic and imported which includes existing fast selling products of leading brands from own manufactured, traded and imported range. -
To cover Different sizes, Texture, Sales Volume, MRP, final selling price, dealer landed cost etc. -
Source of trading products of all major leading brands dealing in products like tiles, cp fittings, sanitarywares, plastic cisterns etc. -
New Sizes introduced in the last 3 - 4 months, with details of their sales numbers, size, shade, texture, price (dealer landed cost, MRP etc), schemes etc. -
Trade partner''s requirements from OCIL in product range to compete with new introduction by competition, in terms of new size, texture, shade and evaluate anticipated volume if introduced and the maximum price range that would be acceptable for the new requirement. -
Promotional activities / launch activities . For eg: type of activities carried out, responses from the activities, types of POP''s used, response of trade to such activities etc. -
Trades response to such schemes, best performing dealer during the scheme. General feedback and after affects of the schemes. |
Desired Profile | Ideal candidate must be: Engineering Graduate in any field. Computer proficiency is must. MBA from reasonably good institute. Having Relevant years of experience in Sales. Should have basic knowledge about the building material industry. Should be willing to travel over 15- 20 days in a month to various markets in different states. Should have reasonably detailed knowledge of ceramics industry. Should be analytically strong. Should have excellent command over Oral & Written communication in English.
