Job Description
Manage the web operations, lead management and collateral production teams.
Coach staff member and define growth paths and opportunities for each member of the marketing team in the CollabNet's Chennai office.
Manage the operational aspect of the company's online user community and Web2.0 transformation which are new initiatives for CollabNet.
Manage and supervise the teams' daily activities; coordinate weekly with the US headquarter on project definition and status as well as priorities.
Research and drive the implementation of new technologies for online marketing and lead management to increase CollabNet's return on worldwide marketing programs. Plan and drive improvements in web site functionality, including web analytics, user experience, and localization.
Ensure smooth execution of the online marketing campaigns that are implemented on CollabNet web properties. Measure and execute optimized email campaigns through successful customer segmentation and effective recommendations.
Supervise the lead management activities and the implementation of lead flow and business processes changes that feed into the marketing and lead databases.
Contribute to CollabNet's new initiative for ecommerce.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills and experience in Web Marketing and Lead Generation. Only applicants with both web and marketing experience will be considered.
Minimum 6 years of experience managing web initiatives and developing teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to provide direction to junior staff members, and work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating a sense of urgency and ownership to drive programs to completion.
Detail oriented with superior organizational skills. Accuracy, ability to meet deadlines and initiative required.
Passionate about web marketing, lead generation and ecommerce.
Ability to work in a matrix organization. Experience building and growing new teams.
Candidate should be fluent in internet-based development tools and modern web concepts and technologies. Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Dreamweaver, SQL, HTML, Java, Photoshop, Flash, Word, Excel a plus. Experience with ecommerce technologies a plus.
