Job Description
This is a key position within the Focus Unit, responsible for the sales performance of the Western Region.
1. Execution of sales strategy.
2. Management and development of a team of sales staff and other support employees.
3. Management of working capital - e.g. sales forecasting / skew, debtors days, stocks.
4. Accountable for delivering customer service in the region.
5. As the area sales manager in the region will assist the RSM in coordinating activities of various functions in the region as and when required.
6.Reporting to the RSM.
7.Handling 7-9 Onrole & offrole reportees.
8.Handling turnover of 150-200 crore.
9.Supporting the sales function.

Ideal candidate would be MBA from Premier Institute, prefferably from 2002-04 batch.
