Job Description
Monitors construction interface activities
Reviews Construction Contractors temporary facilities plans
Monitors Construction Contractors Safety Management Plans
Participates in the integration of the NI, CI and BOP schedules.
Reviews NI heavy lift and transportation plans
Reviews NI Construction Contractors procedures
Reviews construction progress
Provides oversight for Construction Contractors
Monitors Field Change processes
Oversees Construction Contractors work processes and quality control
Ensures QA/QC Program and Procedures are being followed
Manages staff including Area Managers and Completions Manager
Desired Candidate Profile
The Construction Manager will coordinate with the Construction Contractor(s) and perform oversight of the work. To successfully perform his/her duties, the individual needs to be:
Experienced in large construction projects, Nuclear Power Generation or Industrial Projects
Experienced in Field Construction Engineering.
Proficient in written and spoken English
BS Engineering Degree or equivalent
Related Software Programs to be familiar with:
SmartPlan Review
Marian or equivalent
Primavera or equivalent
