Greetings from Toshali!!. Here is an excellent opening for the position of a General Manager for Toshali sands Resort at Puri. Responsibilities include both, operations and marketing. Develop and implement strategic and marketing plans, budgeting, cost control systems, training and motivating the staff to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and will be responsible for overall revenue and profit generation. Proficiency in managing Rooms division, Food & Beverage operations and management of other support services at the resort.

Graduate /Hotel Management graduate with relevant experience of handling the overall operation of the resort. Require a dynamic person, with ample experience preferably in Hotel Industry, Person who can develop Rapport with his Sub-Ordinates, develop strategies to maximise business and ensure stability and growth of the company
