Job Description
Manage and develop project related documentation (proposals, project plans, timelines, project scope and budgets)
Monitor and update documentation throughout the duration of assigned projects until completion.
Ensure that all work is moving according to schedule on a consistent basis.
Execute venue site inspections as they relate to event logistics, including the management of food, beverage signage placement and breakout activity.
Support media solutions personnel as event variables may require ensuring information necessary to complete work assignments is documented and communicated to the proper resources in order to achieve timely deliverables.
Create and maintain a strategic generic template encompassing Media Solutions event deliverables that will allow customers to add on to and/or at a very basic level.
Good working knowledge of venue relations, rentals, lighting and entertainment.
