Job Description

You will be inducted and trained to work as a Team Leader in our BPO operations. Your job as a Team leader will consist of:

• Coordination of the BPO projects for our US clients.
• Ensuring that the project assigned to you is functioning as per the client specifications and the all the members of the team are performing as per the standards.
• Oversee the QC function of the project Provide training to new team members.
• Interact with the US client and take their feedback on any process issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

You should be an graduate/diploma in engineering

You should have some basic knowledge of Computers and databases.

You should have good communication abilities.
