Job Description * Positions for L1, L1-T, L2.

* Should have international BPO Work Experience for L1-T, L2.
* Should have basic knowledge of hardware, networking, OS Concepts & Windows XP & Vista Skills for (TSE).
* Willing to work in Night Shifts.
* Excellent Communication Skills is required in case of Customer Support Executive(CSE).
* Experience candidates will be given prior preference.
