The selected candidate shall be responsible for the following task:-
1. Production process planning & execution
2. Manpower & resource management in Mine
3. Monitoring & maintaining safe working conditions
4. Quality Assurance of the ROM (Run of Mine)
5. Cost evaluation & Mine economics
6. Budgeting & costing of Mine operations
7. Statutory & environmental compliance
8. And other activities related to it.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Candidate must posses BE/ B.Tech Mines degree
2. First class coal mining manager certificate.
3. should have knowledge of open cast coal mines with 10 to 15 yrs relevant experience in same field.
